I went to the barber recently at 10 am, but unfortunately, I was not served in time and i had to leave the shop around 10:35 without my hair been cut.... This experience certainly hindered my satisfaction because I planned my day with precision and the barber's lack of punctuality made me wait unnecessarily. I think punctuality is a crucial element in the supply of professional services; therefore, I was disappointed by the barber's lack of respect for our agreement. It would be essential for him to improve his organization to guarantee a more satisfying experience for his customers. Overall, although the experience was negative, the barber in the past always delivered good hair-cutting service, reason why i will go back. however, I recommend checking the barber's availability for an appointment before scheduling your day. Not only did he give me a great haircut, but he also took the time t...o listen to my requests and made sure that I was happy with the final result. The fade was seamless, and there were no harsh lines or uneven patches. Ahmad's attention to detail is impressive, and I appreciated his professionalism. Also The shop was clean and well-organized.
