Every detail seems well thought out, making it easy to feel relaxed and at ease right away. I had a henna treatment, IPL hair removal, lash lift, and radiofrequency treatment, and I must say each procedure was performed with exceptional care. It's clear that Marta is highly skilled and continuously improving. As a regular client, I’ve noticed her technique and precision getting even better, which is truly impressive and builds a lot of trust. The communication style was perfectly balanced – professional yet friendly and open. Marta was happy to explain each step of the treatments, answer my questions, and still maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Every treatment, from henna to the lash lift and IPL, was thoroughly explained, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I was genuinely pleased with the results after the treatments.
