Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your manicure. I do, however, need to address the comments regarding hygiene, as I take the cleanliness and safety of my clients extremely seriously. My tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilised in accordance with my hygiene procedures and are not reused between clients without the appropriate cleaning and sterilisation process. Single-use files are disposed of appropriately, and I would never knowingly use dirty or contaminated equipment on a client. I’m also disappointed that you did not raise your concerns with me during or immediately after your appointment, as I would have been more than happy to address any issues with the finish at the time. Once I became aware of your concerns through your review, I contacted you privately and offered both a discount and a full refund in an attempt to resolve the matter. You declined both and asked me not to contact you further, which I will of course respect. I accept that not every set of nails will meet every client’s expectations, but I do not believe the comments regarding my hygiene practices accurately reflect the standards I work to.
