Had a great session with Rick. Rick on a personal level is great and although his methods don’t tickle his demeanour and knowledge of his craft puts y...ou at ease. I had a brief explanation on posterior chain and how certain things further up the chain would be impacting and causing issues further down, for me tight hamstrings & IT band presenting in pain in my calves, tib ant and plantar fascia and then Rick did what he needed to do to help this. As alluded to its not a session to be taken lightly, I’m glad I was hydrated and had had breakfast that morning, but a personally enjoyable session as you know the benefits of the session itself. Immediately I felt less tightness throughout my legs and in terms of proving that it wasn’t a placebo the next football match I played after my session with Rick I was the loosest I’ve felt in years, and my usual recovery time was much more reduced. This was my first time to visit Rick after a few personal recomendations and seeing the results he had achirved on other people. I had an issue with ...my Lower back into my right leg. Which after a conversation with Rick, he was able to diagnose roughly what the issue was. Which saved a lot of time at the appointment as Rick was able to get the bar striaght out and work on the areas needed. Without exageration, a session with Rick is life changing all the what use to be pain becomes tight for a few days, then like brand new. The little things on day to day basis was the most painful; Putting socks on, getting in and out of the car, simply carrying bags from the car into the house, navigating round the gym while compensating for the pain. After the session with Rick it immediately freed the tension/tightness in my leg to my back enabling me to move like I use to. The following day lead to pain free manouvreability and the things that use to cause pain no longer doing so. Finally getting use to not having to work around injury or compensate for potential pain. A lot looser and felt the best I have for a long time. It is not for the faint hearted. Yes it is going to hurt alot, but the relief you feel following the treatment is second to none. His beautiful tune of voice singing along to the latest hits and couraging words will be enough to get you through the session. I highly highly recomend. Show more

The tension that he gets rid of is un...real, my face looks brighter, my eyes dont look as heavy and my range of movement has increased in my neck. Its short term pain for a few months of release! I’ve been to see Rick twice for statica and back problem I’ve suffered this over 14yrs and popped pills for the pain and nothing helped what a differe...nt this man makes to people lives yes it uncomfortable for a bit having it done but the relief after is so well worth it for quality of pain relief he gives you I need a another visit now to sort my neck and shoulders and arms if you in pain or just thinking should I get it done do it you won’t regret it it be the best thing you do Show more

Honestly, I am amazed by how Rick was able to pinpoint exactly where my problems are - this is after several consultants, scans, physios, and chiropra...cters were left clueless!! I was almost resigned to a lifetime of pain in my shoulder, but Rick has given me hope! It was painful but nowhere near as bad as I thought, haha! It's early days, and I'm bruised like he said would happen, but last night I slept with no weird pain in my shoulder/arm!! I now have homework to do before I return for him to work miracles on my back/legs! But I will definitely be back! Also, the tunes and singing were nice added extras, haha! After explaining to Rick where the issue was, how it had come about and that yoga and sport massages hadn’t helped, he quickly worked his magic on my ...glutes and both legs to relieve the soreness & pain. It did hurt slightly, but not too much. He has a gentle touch for such a man mountain! Straight after our session there was a noticeable improvement in my walking, I was no longer waddling like a penguin! Many thanks Rick really appreciate your help. An Interesting and Enlightening Experience. My son said it would be painful and it is to some extent. Rick treated my legs and back and the back pr...ocedure was the most painful but bearable. Two days on feel fine , lower back pain eased and pains in leg almost gone. Rick has an easy going manner and obviously enjoys treating people, many of whom from reviews I’ve read have enjoyed success in getting rid of pain that they have had for years. Show more
