My appointment was cancelled via text message 3 minutes before my appointment start time. Apparently a break down on the motorway, so if on the motorw...ay would have been late anyway and therefore should have contacted earlier. I suspect forgot about appointment or something. Very unprofessional, myself and my sister (already a client) won’t be booking again. I also had to text to chase my deposit refund. Show more
