It was my 4th visit and they are the same all the time. Whatever I say to them regarding haircut they always do the opposite. Nobody ask you anything ...when you enter the shop, I always have to go to someone to tell them that I have a booking. And on leaving after a haircut, they always say see you next time. No more next time I am done. Show more

Phenomenal service! Absolutely the epitome of professionalism. This was my second time getting a haircut at Max Cuts; in both instances the barber w...ho cut my hair was a consummate professional. They asked me what I wanted, actively listening and asking questions to confirm certain aspects (like the height of the fade). I am thinning on the top of my head, which is a concern for me, but my barber handled it perfectly. Everything was done professionally; from the steaming hot towel prior to using the razor, conditioning and brushing my beard out to maximise volume before trimming, to the impeccable line up. Barber Ionut gives good haircuts and good fades. Normally there is no problem. But after this haircut I got really bad spots on the back of my neck. M...ost likely due to machines not being clean. Had the infection for almost 2 weeks and was painful. Therefore the hygiene and machines must be poorly kept. Show more

Turned up for a 09:45 appointment I had booked through this app..the place was closed, shutters down. Walked away. What a waste.. Reply to a response ...from the barbers....if I'm standing outside the shop and the shutters are down, why would I wait?? That's why I gave 1*. Simple... Reply to 2nd response from the barbers...are you guys feeling ok? Looks like you didn't have your Weetabix this morning. My appointment time was at 09:45. Why would I turn up at 10:15?? That just goes to show that you opened late!! Reply to 3rd response...stop digging yourselves in deeper...you are now saying that you opened at 09:38??? That's funny because I turned up at 09:40, 5 minutes before my appointment and the shutters were down and shop was closed. The fact that you have time to respond 3 times and not once apologies for your mistake just goes to shows that this place isn't worth any more of my time or money as you would rather complain about my honest review of what actually occured this morning than admit you are wrong. Hey there. This is absolutely wrong! First the shop opened before your appointment and you never showed up for your booking so I don’t know why you have written a bad review for!? It’s not our problem you’re coming before the appointment on 10-15 min you should be here on time exactly. We opened up at 9:38. 7min before you appointment so i don’t know what are u talkingow about?
