Jade is very friendly, amenable and easy to chat with about the services she's providing. She gave me an overview of the appointment at the start and ...the expectation of it before starting (as this was my first time). Unfortunately my lashes didn't have the uplift we hoped for but this is more to do with my lashes than anything Jade did/didn't do, and she expects they will improve with each appointment. She has also advised me how i can help them to grow and style them upwards to help with uplift in between appointments which will also help achieve the desired look. :) Show more
