Usually my trips here are relaxed and enjoyable. Today's trip - not so much. From the moment I entered "Are you alright if the trainee cuts your hair?..." Sure, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The experience was kind of painful physically, mentally there was one guy trying to distract the man cutting my hair. Constantly yelling "Hey, Archie? Hey, Archie? Hey, Archie?" and aside from being an annoyance to the guy cutting my hair, I had to listen to some story the guy made up "One time I fended myself against a man with a wrench..." (Bullcrap). So I sat there knowing how my hair would probably turn out, since my trainee barber was being distracted the whole time. Paying money for the cut I got feels like a war crime, I honestly wish I hadn't bothered and just stuck with the cut I had, it was cooler anyway. What a way to start the month... and we're only 2 days in. If there was any chance of me getting a refund for this godawful experience I'd definitely love to hear back. Please improve upon staff behaviour in this kind of work environment. Looking at myself in the mirror I kind of wish I had some kind of time machine to prevent such an awful day :) Show more
