Went for my first haircut in a good while (18 months) so wanted a big chop. Probably got about 2ft cut off in all. Melissa was friendly and profession...al, listened to what i wanted and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. Photos won't load upright, but the first is me straight out the salon with styled curls and a the 2nd a few days later with my natural curl. I like to wear my hair straight too (forgot to take pic) so the cut needed to be versatile enough to look good straight without coming out triangular when curly. I think we succeeded! Show more

Love my hair. Melissa did a wonderful job, she checked in plenty to make sure we were totally on the same page about what I wanted. She made me feel v...ery comfortable and welcome. Love that the salon is a joint salon and barbershop with her dad.
