If you had mentioned it felt chilly, I would have happily added an extra heater, as the building is quite old and can sometimes feel cooler. As for the treatment duration, the Express Head Spa is listed as 1 hour 15 minutes, with the extra 15 minutes allocated for cleaning and setup. The full treatment was completed in 1 hour 5 minutes because of the length of your hair—when hair is shorter, some steps naturally take less time, but rest assured, every step of the treatment was carried out as intended.
