Lip blush enhances the beauty of the natural lip colour, improving the shape of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness for the perfect lip shape. "What are the benefits of lip blush?" • Creates fullness without surgery or fillers. • Restores colour to lips that have become pale with age. • Colour correction of darkness in lips. • Brighten your natural lip colour. • Add symmetry to the lips. • Defines the shape. • Camouflages scars and hyper pigmentation. • Reduce the appearance of fine lines and ageing. "Does lip blush hurt?" •Pain levels vary from person to person, as with most tattoo procedures, there can be some pain involved during a lip blush tattoo, especially because the lips are a sensitive area on the body. However a medical grade topical anaesthetic is used during your procedure to keep you as pain free as possible. • 9/1o clients are very surprised at the feeling of the procedure as they find it to be more relaxing that hurtful. If any of the below apply to you we do not recommend this treatment. •Under the age of 18 • You have an auto-immune disease. •You have thyroid/graves disease (medication may cause pigment to not retain properly). •You have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring. • You are currently undergoing chemotherapy. •You are pregnant or breastfeeding. (You cannot have this service). •You have Diabetes type 1 or 2 (due to slow healing and infection, color may or may not retain well). •If you are under a doctor's care and have questions at ALL about being able to have this procedure, it is your responsibility to meet with your doctor and get written approval. •Accutane or Steriods "What to expect?" •There can be moderate swelling, redness for the first couple of hours after treatment. •During the initial healing period, there can be minimal flaking of the skin. Use a generous amount of vitamin A & D cream to keep lips hydrated. •Expect the colour to eventually lighten by up to 40% once the healing process is complete. •Colour may appear uneven at different stages of healing. Be patient. Healing can take up to 5-7 days.
