If our lash artist has to remove your eye make up it may cut into your session time. try to avoid booking your appointment when you are just before or due your period as hormones can affect eyelash extensions and they won’t last well as if set was done any other time . don’t drink any drinks ( tea , water, coffee etc) before your appointment as you wouldn’t be able to use the bathroom during the treatment we ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals , the lenght of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text. Please honour your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48h before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee . No -shows will be billed for the full amount for the appointment. for purposes of safety and sanitation , children are not allowed in the service room.we will not supervise your children and can’t be held responsible for any children. if you wear contacts, please bring a contact case ,as they shoudnt be worn during the lash application process. Terms and Conditions Our terms and conditions are put in place to ensure clients understand how We work and to ensure We provide a professional service. Patch Tests - I am required to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. Time keeping - We are extremely busy and sometimes back to back with clients so please remember to always be on time with clean lashes. Make Up - Please ensure all eye-makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge. Please arrive with clean lashes – If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask. We also stock affordable products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions. Non - Refundable Booking Fee - A non-refundable booking fee is required for all full sets of eyelashes A £20 non-refundable booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted off your treatment price. Cancellations/No shows/Late arrivals - I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment price aswell as the next booked appointment being paid in full upfront. If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure I do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day. Refunds - I am afraid I do not offer any refunds. If for any reason you experience any issue or problem with a treatment, we are happy to give you a complimentary follow -up consultation, and then attempt to remedy the issue (which may or may not be a complimentary service, depending on the nature of situation ) however you must contact us with three (3) working days of your appointment for us to do so. We are very happy to help you, but please request our assistance within a reasonable timeframe to allow us to properly assess the tretament outcome.
