I have attended Chris shortly after she opened. I was unable at the time to move my right shoulder above 90 degrees. After 2 sessions of sports massa...ge and cupping I got full flexibility & mobility back. I now go on a monthly basis for maintenance. Chris knows her stuff. Takes time to understand the issues and comes back with a solution. Calm & clear communicator. She has a talent of applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve the muscle. I recommend Chris highly and am looking forward to my next session. Show more

Chris’s knowledge of the body is outstanding and from the moment she starts the assessment you can immediately tell that she is passionate about helpi...ng her clients. I have suffered from numerous injuries, strains and sprains but each time I visit, Chris has taken time to understand both the injury and the potential cause with extra advice on management and prevention going forward, checking in after a few days to ensure improvement and following up with further advice. The studio is pristine, super relaxed atmosphere and Chris makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. My most recent shoulder injury has seen major improvement after just one session with Chris (deep tissue work and dry needling) and the additional mobility work prescribed has worked wonders for my overhead strength over the last few weeks. Chris is amazing at what she does, cannot recommend Revive Muscle Therapy enough! Show more
