Unfortunately, my hair was cut much shorter than I requested. I asked for it to be at chin length, but it ended up at my ears. I also asked for it to ...be longer at the front, yet it is actually shorter than the back, and the cut is uneven. I contacted Jesse, who said I could come back and he would try to fix it, but there is no way to cut it any shorter without turning it into a pixie cut. I then asked for a refund, which he provided, so that at least it could help cover some of the cost of the products I purchased in an effort to accelerate my hair growth. Although he acknowledged the mistake, I still feel awful about it. I have a wedding coming up next month, and honestly, I don’t have much hope because my hair is far too short and uneven. This isn’t a case of me simply not liking the style I asked for—it is completely different from what I requested. My review is simply to advise caution when getting a short haircut here.
