So to clarify our conversation on the phone last week and in person today,I rang to say I won't be cutting your hair again when i saw you booked in with me,as is my right to do so and i didn't need to give an explanation. I offered you a cut with a choice of 3 other barbers that day and you refused. You then booked an appointment under a different name and showed up today.im not sure what you were expecting to change since our conversation on the phone last week. Again I told you I can get you in with another barber straight away but you refused and because you were making it clear you weren't happy with my decision not to have you as my customer anymore I then told you I wasn't going to be bullied into cutting your hair. It's absolutely your right to refuse to go to another barber but it's also my right not to have you as a client. You are more than welcome at any time to book in with the other 3 barbers at anytime.
