Hi Ciara, sorry you were unhappy with your experience. You did arrive to your appointment with nails already on from a different nail technician, even though as part of the salons policy we ask clients to come with nails free of product unless having a refill of work done by us. I made you aware that I wouldn’t usually work on top of somebody else’s work but as they looked alright I would this time but not in the future. The reason we have this policy in place is that I don’t know what products the previous nail tech has used and I can’t see the condition of the nail underneath the enhancement. Unfortunately sometimes nails do break and they have to be taken care of to avoid doing so. Also the nails are the correct thickness for the length of the enhancement and if they were too thick it most definitely wouldn’t have broken.
