Light Volume Lashes Acrylic Nails | New Fresh Set

I had a bit of a mixed experience with Shiela. My lashes were fine But my nails were another story. Shiela was a nice person. When booking I wasn’t a...ware it was an at home salon. Was told she’d meet me in a public space to bring me to her address, but her son was sent to meet me. Getting my lashes done went smoothly. However my nails took over 4 hours to do. Not enough product to do a full acrylic set, so half my nails are gel and half are acrylic. Kept having to remove nails and try again. Some of my nails are bumpy and thick. I got cut multiple times while she was attempting to file. In the end she gave me a file and told me I could file them at home if I’d like. When I booked, I booked my appointment for 1:30 I was texted by Shiela to move the time to 3:30 due to other personal commitments. I agreed and then during my appointment she had to cancel said commitments because the appointment was taking too long. She had asked me to come back another day to do my nails which I couldn’t do. Throughout the appointment I sensed some passive aggression because of this. I wasn’t charged full price however Shiela continued to remind me how much of a loss this was for her. I didn’t leave Sheila’s until 9pm at night and I was there for 3:15. This was a disappointing experience for me. Show more

I'm sorry you were disappointed, hence once again-if you want a full refund of the €40 you paid for the lash extensions you say all was fine with them + €5 for the lash cleaning brush you bought + €5 for the nails instead of €50 (this €50 you sent me via revolut,) -I kindly ask that you let me know so I can refund you sap?
