Very disappointing. Received a message from Ligia saying she was running late with another client so pushed my appointment back. I arrived at a later ...time but she was still applying colour to the previous client. Very little apology and poor communication. I waited for 15 mins but when I saw the colour was still going on I left as I had an event to go to. Received no follow up afterwards either. I have always had very good experienced with Ligia but this was very disappointing and unprofessional. Show more
