I am sorry for the situation between our business transactions today. It wasn't intentional on my behalf, and my policy states, "Please Pay Before Service also No Refund afterward." You didn't do that. That was issued from the beginning. I didn't realize that because my internet had been done, the funds you sent didn't come through in normal time as usual. My bad for that mishap was because the funds finally came through after a few hours, and as a result, I sent it back in the full amount even when I partially did some of your son hair. Your son sweater is still hanging up on the back of the door where he took it off and forgot it. I'm more than happy to send it or bring it to you if you provide an address or if you feel like coming to get it personally.

Very unprofessional and rude. She lacked basic customer service skills. Did not listen as I tried to explain what I wanted. She over-talked me and kep...t interrupting me to have a side conversation with someone else. She agreed to do a style for $180 and when I got there she changed the price to $250. When I asked clarification questions regarding the style and the price, she got extremely defensive. She also made a comment complaining about how she didn’t want to stay until night time doing my hair. Then why say you’re available to do a style that will obviously take hours to do. If you didn’t want to do it, why have me waste my gas to drive to your suite. Her attitude was so nasty, I excused myself. Rude, combative, unethical, and not customer service focused at all. Will not be returning. Show more

I’ve honestly had a horrible experience here. It was my first time going. Not only did I not get the style I asked for, she is not receptive to critic...ism or helping make things right. After spending hundreds of dollars I’d hope my hair would be worth what I paid and it is not. Unfortunately I now have to take down this hair a week after getting it done and spending 6 hours in a chair. I do not recommend her. Also, she asks all her customers to write a good review before she has finished the hair which is unethical and wrong. Show more
