Definitely not going back! She has been doing my daughter's locs for a few months now, it was a great start but the last few times were just like she ...wasn't even trying, despite the kindness and respect I've always given. Less than a month ago, my daughter left the appointment with literally white locs, ALL OF THEM from product. Decided to give it a week and it just looked terrible, so she had to wash it off. Went back less than 2 weeks after for another retwist, but somehow was my daughter's fault that she didnt wanna walk around with white locs. Charged us full price again, sink doesn't work so kiddo didnt get a wash, then got charged extra for the 2 strand hair style, while Annie kept saying she bought the wrong rubber bands which she knew she had done, but still charged us for a style which she knew would start unraveling the next day. Went to 7 mile and bought the correct rubber bands. Lesson learnt. Thank you for your service but no thanks!!!! Show more
