We don't respond to messages because we receive a lot of advertising for products and offers of all kinds. to achieve real clients all messages we receive are automatically sent to spam. We only send AUTOMATED messages after receiving calls and then, if there is a response, we know that we are dealing with people and not robots. That's why was no response (all you would need to do was a call! 🙂) Regarding what eventually happened, here we explain all the pros and cons of every piece of jewelry that the customer might choose. I offer options, prices, sizes, I just don't make the choice, that’s up to the client! If the customer chooses a piece of jewelry with a small stone, or a shape that they like more, even after the explanations, the decision is theirs. Regarding cheap jewelry, this is not true!! I serve high-end clients, so I only offer high-end materials (and I'm the piercer that has the most options in jewelry of ALL ORLANDO). The investment is high to reach the best customers! and my door is open to everyone, no distinction, idk what you mean when you say something about “the price that you paid for the piercing”, anyways, whoever complains about price will always find cheaper places, in the end, I wish success to you, your girlfriend and for whoever eventually resolved your problem, I never needed to criticize the work of competitors to be able to do my job... I just do mine and I have God and His principles as ethics to deal with people in life and in business!
