Buenas tardes señora Carmen, he recibido su comentario sobre su inconformidad, lamento que no haya quedado satisfecha, le ofrezco regresar cuando guste y poder hacer algo de mejor agrado para usted, las pestañas y pega que usamos son productos certificados, entiendo su inconformidad con la cantidad de pestañas ya que trabajo al 100% de las pestañas, y varía el resultado dependiendo del volumen de pestañas que tenga, usted tiene bastante pelitos y para mí lo más apropiado es llenar todos para que usted así pueda tener una mayor cantidad de tiempo con su pestañas, sin embargo se le puede volver a realizar y solo llenar hasta un 60% , si desea puede regresar 20 días para que le de tiempo a estas pestañas que vayan saliendo y vea que al pasar los días se veran más naturales, y el próximo servicio gratuito, o puede venir cuando guste a realizarse la remoción de pestañas para no maltratar su pestaña natural. Nuevamente lamentamos su inconformidad y lo que más queremos es que quede cómoda y satisfecha con el servicio
