I've neglected my natural hair for a while, and I was nervous about today's appointment. I'm not a huge fan of my natural hair, and I'm not patient wh...en it comes to taking care of my hair. Chanel was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about caring for natural hair. She gave me several product suggestions not only for myself, but for my son as well. I don’t know where to begin but I can assure you, THIS IS WHERE TO GO!!! From the moment I walked in, Chanel was very professional, kind hearted, know...ledgeable, and just all around good spirited. It’s not many places I go where I feel comfortable talking about personal things or my hair journey but Chanel is actually one of the few that WANTS TO KNOW your hair journey and to help you along the way. You don’t find that anymore these days. As far as my hair goes, I’m NEVER satisfied the first day but I loved it immediately!!!! She did her thang! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments!
