Removal Fee As noted on our website and confirmed before your session, there is a $25 charge to remove extensions applied by another technician. This fee covers specialized products and extra time to ensure the health of your natural lashes. 2. Requested Length You asked for slightly shorter extensions than your previous set because longer lashes felt uncomfortable with your glasses. We adjusted accordingly to balance comfort and style. 3. Lash Density Whether classic, hybrid, or volume, lash fullness depends on each client’s natural lash density. With classic lashes, one extension is applied per natural lash, so overall volume will vary. 4. Initial Feedback At the end of your appointment, both our technician and front‑desk staff asked if you were happy with the results, and you expressed satisfaction. We only learned of your concerns a few hours later, by which time the adhesive had fully cured. 5. Why a New Set Is Required Once the glue sets (usually within 24 hours), adding lashes risks stickies or damage. To safely adjust volume or style after curing, a full removal and new set are necessary. Our policies protect your lash health and ensure consistent, high‑quality results. We value your patronage and hope to welcome you back for a service that fully meets your expectations.

From the photos, it looks like your cuticles were very dry at the time of the appointment. When the skin around the nails is dehydrated, especially during or after gel application, it can start to peel or appear rough - even if the work was done carefully. This is a common issue and can happen due to various reasons like weather, lack of moisture. That said, we’d love to make it right for you! You’re welcome to come in at your convenience, and we’ll happily clean everything up and rehydrate the cuticles - free of charge. Our goal is always to make sure you leave feeling great about your nails!
