This was an awful experience . I have received Russian manicures for the past five years or more. This had to be the worst experience. I started my vi...sit with showing them a picture of what I wanted. I asked her if she could cut the cuticles that short. An interpreter had to let her know what I was saying. Between the interpreter and her, they both agreed that they could do what I asked for. Which was a very short manicure with plain polish She did not know how to use the snipers so she filed with the drill and left a lot of cuticle. She left the old fingernail polish and painted over it in some spots. She spoke no English so I could not let her know my concerns. She was very rough. She twisted my fingers in any position that was comfortable for her, but not the person she’s working on. When she hurt the sides of my fingers with the drill, and I jumped because she. she burned my fingers with the drill because she was rushing. It was just awful. Find someone else Show more

The whole experie...nce was so calm and relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the procedure! I really loved the experience BUT I paid $187 dollars for a hybrid set. I ended up with a classic at the end of the night. The lady was lovely but it ...was 8:45 at night by the time she was done and dark out I was afraid if I was to say anything at all I’d be there until 10, with my work schedule I could not make it back the next day to see if I can sort this out. They are nice but already the extensions on my right eye are falling out and look less full the my left. I am a back sleeper so I don’t sleep on my side and I avoid oil based products and haven’t ruined them in any sort of way as instructions say on the card. Show more
