We had a 5:30 PM appointment for my son. He arrived just 5 minutes late, only to find two other people already waiting for the same time slot. When we... told the barber we had a confirmed 5:30 appointment, he responded rudely, saying, “You were 5 minutes late and I have other people waiting.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overbooking clients, then blaming the customer for being a few minutes late, shows a total lack of respect and poor business practices. We will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for reliable or courteous service. Show more
