Fragrance Policy • No heavy perfumes or colognes. • Floral fragrances are prohibited due to allergies. • Non-compliance will result in rescheduling without refund. Phone & Device Use • No phone calls during service. Calls must be taken outside. Please be respectful. • All devices must remain muted. Headphones required. Booking Platform • All appointments must be booked through Booksy. No exceptions. Lateness • 15-minute grace period applies to both stylist and client with communication. • $25 late fee applies after 15 minutes. • Appointments may be cancelled without refund if time does not allow service. • New deposit required to rebook. No Call / No Show • No call / no show clients will not be allowed to rebook. No exceptions. Consultations • Consultations are required for select services. All new Microloc transfers require a consultation. • Consultation fees are non-refundable and not applied to services. Microloc consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your install. Hair Condition Disclosure • All chemical services, damage, or any relevant medical issues should be disclosed. Service Refusal • The stylist reserves the right to refuse or stop service for non-compliance, unsafe hair conditions, or disrespectful behavior. Photography • Before-and-after photos may be taken for portfolio and marketing use unless declined in writing prior to service. Maintenance Responsibility • Clients are responsible for maintaining their service schedule. • The stylist is not responsible for issues caused by missed maintenance.
