i came in with blonde hair asking for a temporary color, a toner/color gloss for a more natural less brassy look. my natural root is a level 6, so i a...sked to be toned at a 6. the stylist used a level 5 permanent color all over my hair, dry. my hair was wet at the salon so it of course looked dark but she assured me it would wash out. i’ve now used clarifying shampoo three times and my hair is still completely black. when i reached out to the salon, i kindly asked for a refund. i paid $180 for a service that had no treatment, no blow dry, and certainly not what i asked for. when i kindly insist that u just want my refund, they refuse. see photos below of my hair before the service, after clarifying 3 times, and the conversation.
