Its Cece I was hesitant at first as I am new to the area and had to take a wild shot at a salon and hope for the best. When I entered I was greeted b...y Alexandra, she was so kind and very pretty not that that matters lol Then while I was waiting her husband made small talk with me he also was a very kind person, we chit chatted about the salon and how awful i4 is Then Lee my stylist that I was given too was absolutely awesome!! I would recommend this place As my experience was really wonderful and I will return. Show more

If you’re on the fence, go ahead and just book the appointment. I had an appointment with Alexandra to get my hair permanently straightened. She was s...o helpful and knowledgeable on all the products and helped me choose the right method for my hair and preferred outcome. Everyone there was so nice and inviting and the salon is very clean. I will definitely be coming back here for future hair appointments. Show more

I received vegan keratin treatment from Alexandra. This was a vast improvement from the Brazilian blowout; no toxic fumes and my eyes didn’t water. Fl...awless root touch up and cut during the same appointment. Very pleased with the skill and knowledge of staff and their customer service. Show more

After a disaster from another colorist, half way across the country, I walked into the salon in a panic. Alexandra listened to all I said, we discusse...d the options available, as well as costs before starting. When she had finished, I was in tears. I looked like me again! She saved my trip. I came here to get a balayage and the result was amazing. I had different colors for previous works done before and I felt tired to get disaster in m...y hair for stylist without experience and knowledge. The stylist explain me with details all my options and gave suggestions. I choose to do the full balayage but to do that I needed a color correction before perform the balayage. She explained me every steps and prices before started the process. I also signed the services and price they quoted me. They are very clear with prices and explanations and the price I paid worth the great job I got and I learned that I cannot be miserable with myself or pretend to pay less for an excelente service I got for my hair. They used high quality products and colors. Salon is clean and beautiful and they are also expanding with more services, everyone there is so nice and kind, They spoiled me with wine, snacks and coffee. I spent 5 hours there and I really enjoined my time with them. Thank you Alexandra for your great work and keep being the great person and professional you are. The best of the best Show more
