I had my hair cut here, Alexandra did a great job. However, they charged me $120 even though they told me the haircut was $55. Just for drying my hair...! She told me she needed to dry it to check the folds in my hair and I said okay. But she never said that this was an additional service. Unfortunately, I see nothing but fraud here. When we explained the situation to the owner, he said there was nothing to do. I really liked my hair and I would have gladly bought this service if you had told me the price. However, what you did was very unethical, a form of theft. So I will not choose it again. Show more
Every time I do my hair in this place, it suits me better. Alexandra always makes the color I want and never ceases to amaze me with the style she mak...es me in each of my visits. Thanks to Alexandra and Armandeus Orlando for making me look and feel good. There are no words to describe the good service and attention of this Hair Salon and its staff.
