Worsttttr appointment i have ever been to in my life …. This lady was 30 minutes late and didn’t even apologize or try to smooth it over … super unpr...ofessional she has the worst energy you can have as a service provider . She was rude and her hygiene was not up to par . If you want relaxation while your getting your hair done this is not the place . Very unsafe area i was so afraid a roach was going to crawl on me the entire appointment I left before she could completely finish my hair because it was that bad !!! ALSO SHE DOES NOT CLEAN HER UTENSILS so be aware … my hair was cute but i have had better Show more

I don't take kindly to liars. You didn’t call my phone to let me know you were here. You called my instagram & you were in the request so i'm not going to get your notifications right away. My place is clean & every client i've had knows that. I don't have any rodents here never did. It's literally quiet in here, nothing but a tv running in the background of your appointment. Please pray to God & ask him for forgiveness for lying on someone’s business.

The worst hairstylist I’ve ever been . So unprofessional. So ghetto. Never again… Edit: She ends up trying to fight me and her whole family came outsi...de for me. Threatened me with a pew pew sent my family member house picture to my cousin… etc she now threatened to fight me when she see me. I did a little research she is not a certified stylist and her “business” is not even remotely LEGAL. You cannot expect your clients to do your job as a stylist and get rude when they decline that is why we pay you. It’s not my responsibility to bring you bleach and I was never going to agree to you putting the wig on my head without bleaching it . That’s insane. You’re not only unprofessional you’re beyond disrespectful !!!You should’ve immediately refund me my money when you realize you were wrong as I stated in my message having bleach is not my problem. I took tolls and drove 40 minutes to your house and you told me to suck your 🍆 and thought it was funny and you immediately chose the path that requires you to play big and bad which wasn’t necessary at all. I’ve found multiple clients with this same issue with you. To top it off I had a trip that I had to cancel . That’s the reason I booked her to begin with. .. I was paying extra and she somehow believe she was doing me a favor . As if I wasn’t a paying customer! I really wanted to support this stylist, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My appointment was at 11 AM, and not only was I left waiting f...or hours with no updates, I wasn’t even contacted until 1 PM — only to be asked if I still wanted my hair done. I had already dropped off my wig in advance to avoid delays and even drove an hour just to be there on time. This lack of communication threw off all my birthday prep plans. After everything, I was still expected to wait longer to pick up my hair and was only offered a partial refund, even though the situation was not my fault. I explained to her that it was unfair to receive a partial refund. I stayed respectful throughout, but the entire process felt like my time and effort weren’t valued. Anyone thats gonna book with her should think twice before booking. Show more

Prior to my appointment, I sent a text with my information to confirm my appointment and deposit was received. The stylist confirmed. Prior to my appo...intment, I reached out to ask if my wig needed to be dropped off and received no response, adhering to the policy posted on the website. On the day of the appointment, the stylist was an hour late. I was an hour early adhering to her late policy. I received a text stating that the stylist would be an hour late, no apology or credit for the inconvenience. I went to the salon at 2 pm on 3/5/25 and a man met me at the door and said the stylist was not present. I received a text at 2:30 asking if I was still coming. I apologize for the mishaps but please state only true things, this is very unacceptable. I asked if it was okay if you came at 2pm instead of 1:30pm & you agreed. The barber that you spoke to had no clue that I was in the back of the shop & stated that you went back to the car which is why I even asked if you were still coming. Thank you 🫶🏽
