I do apologize for running a little behind for your appointment as I told you the day of, but you also gotta take into consideration that some clients run late which will put me behind as I explained to you that day. So don’t leave that out when you're writing a review. Also you post a fresh burn mark picture a week after your initial appointment that happens to be below your neck near your collarbone where I do not touch at all. Again I apologize for any inconvenience but don’t try to bring down my business for false accusations.
