CALL TO CONFIRM! I didn’t call her personally to confirm and caught her completely off gaurd and was surprised to have someone at her house for lashes...! I was very nice and patient. She started to filled my lashes. An hour in, she told me she reached out to her teacher that could take me at 12 to finish the fill job. She had mentioned it when I laid down. But she never said that it was still an option. I appreciate her for trying and for finding someone to else that could finish my lashes. I think I would have preferred her apologize for the confusion and guarantee I wouldn’t be charged for last minute cancelation. Show more
