I scheduled my 14 year old daughter on yesterday asked for a silk press and trim. Left came back and she actually gave my daughter an entire haircut. ...Then I was told that a trim and haircut is the same price of $27. I paid $89for something I didn’t ask for. Quick service it looks good but that’s not right and left a bad taste in my mouth.As a business it clearly says hair cut $27 not a trim. Thank goodness her hair grows back quickly. I have a problem as a new 1st customer with this situation. Not sure who the owner is and what they will do but I’m a paying customer and as a client/customer I just can’t believe the stylist said that a trim and cut are the same. Cosmetology school definitely don’t teach that. I’m highly upset and shouldn’t have paid $27 more for a trim at all. More pussed that she cut my daughter’s hair in a bob. Show more
