Fabulous experience from start to finish!!! Michel is a true master hair artist. If you want bayalage with healthy hair, he’s your guy! Obsessed with ...his foiling technique. Facility is nice and clean. The sink bowls are also comfortable for the neck which is a bonus. No harsh chemical smells from dyes/bleach. Show more

He did a nice job overall, but when I asked if there was a way to lighten some specific areas (instead of the same strands that were already very ligh...t), he blocked me. I couldn’t believe it, especially after having done several sessions with him. I later saw in another comment that this has happened to others as well. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Normally, if a customer has a question or concern, the professional communicates and tries to work with them—even if there’s an additional cost. I wasn’t expecting it for free, but blocking a customer instead of addressing the concern is very unprofessional. Show more

I was one of your first clients when you got here. You did an amazing job at the time. Yesterday I tried to get a quote with you and got a very frustr...ated response. I sent a picture of my hair and what i wanted to do. I asked if you had a photo of a job you did like that since there was none at your profile and the response I got was “Here comes this non sense Brazilians”. I just wanted to have an ideia how it would look like since the reference I got was from pinterest. I even tried to understand where that response came from but you blocked me. Im very frustrated to see you became this kind of person who talk bad things about your own people. I really hope you get better and learn how to treat people next time. Show more
