Ziad Raad
Ziad is a ...third generation barber and cosmologist from Lebanon. As an adolescent he apprenticed under his uncle in Beirut. He committed himself to learning his family’s traditional barber style. Under his uncle’s tutelage he mastered the 100 year-old art of straight edge razor shaving. Ziad applied himself every day to not only master his craft, but to further his family’s legacy of professional barbers.    Looking to further improve his skills, Ziad went to study in Paris. While in school there he completed 2,400 hours of work study, earning him a diploma in the school of Hairdressing Fashion and Creation. His previous works have included runway completions, wedding consultations, and styles featured on Vogue affiliated magazines. He has even pushed himself to master the craft of interview style makeovers.
