This place is a total disaster! I booked a 12 pm appointment on 02/11/24, and guess what? They didn't even have the services I wanted available. They ...casually suggested 1 pm, making me wait an entire extra hour. As if that's not bad enough, they had the audacity to keep my $25 deposit. What a rip-off! Avoid this spot if you value your time and money. It's a complete scam, and I'm convinced this place is falsely promoting what they can actually deliver. Stay away if you don't want to be misled and disappointed. Also leaving the screenshots when they said I was going to get refunded, and now they don’t even answer the phone, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Me gustó el trabajo de una de las chicas que me atendió, pero me hicieron perder mucho tiempo, muy mala gestión con el tema de las citas, llegué a las... 2 ya que se supone que a esa hora era mi cita!! Nadie de las que estaba ahí sabía que había agendado una cita me atendieron después de un buen rato esperando y la cita de mi hija no la podía atender la misma chica que a mi ya que ella tenía otras citas! Nos toco esperar hasta las 6 y 30 pm que otra de las chicas se desocupara para poder atenderla, cuando se supone que si tienen una app de cita es para cumplir con esos horarios! Perdí todo el día allí solo por un sistema y manicure para mi hija. Me gustó el trabajo de la que me atendió pero no vuelvo allí por la mala gestión cuando se supone que cuando uno agenda es para que lo atiendan a esa hora agendada!! Show more
