If I could give no stars I would. They are racist and very unprofessional. Screaming at someone who is coming to your shop to spend their own money. I... will be sure to write as many bad reviews as I can. I also will be reporting them to the BBB as they should not be in business. Absolutely horrendous. Show more

Cuando viene a Jessy haciéndome las uñas estamos a 100. Pero ya van 2 veces que me cambian la cita sin decirme. Una para las uñas & otra para el cabel...lo. Hice cita para la cirugía capilar hace 3 semanas para domingo Mayo 6, después sin consulta me lo cambian a Lunes Mayo 7. Si hago cita un día es porque es el único día que puedo. Así van a perder mi clientela. Show more

Es una lástima este inconveniente, no se que pudo pasar ya que en nuestro registro no aparece cita hecha ni ata el 6 ni para el 7 de Mayo, desconozco que sucedió, entiendo que pudo ser un error del sistema porque ayer otra clienta nos llamó para notificar que se le cambió la cita y nadie cambió nada, se le arregló la cita a la clienta, nosotros entendemos y respetamos el que un cliente se quiera atender con alguien. Yo no tengo el control de errores que uses cometer esta aplicación, si se hubiera comunicado con nosotros con gusto le hubiéramos resuelto la situación.

First of all my appointment was at 10am and they open up at 10:30ish because there was no key, you would think they would give you a discount for the ...inconvenience of waiting, but NO! Then I had a pedi this was funny they don’t have a spa chair it was very uncomfortable you have to put your feet inside a plastic container they warm water in a microwave then you have to put your feet on the nail tech’s lap plus they only give you a massage on your FEET NOT YOUR LEGS!!! WHAT KIND OF PEDI IS THIS??? It should cost $10 NOT $25 Jessy and Leidy are great tech, I don’t know why they are working there. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Show more
