I had an appointment at 9:45. I was on time but I wasn't seen till 10:45, I would have left but I had other prior engagements books which I was late f...or by the way before I had to fly out of town. When I was finally seen I felt like she was rushing my lashes and later noticing the left does not look the same as the right. Didn't even get my eyebrows done cause I was already running late. They usually do good work which is what disappointed me the most. Not sure if I will return. Now I have to find someone to fix my left eyelashes wile in DC which is wasteful. Show more
