I love my silk press! Danisha has a great personality and made me feel comfortable on my first appointment. She was very gentle with my hair and gave me a trim that didn't make me cry😊....

My six year old had a unique experience at Chic Strandz. This was her first silk press for a photo shoot, but was I in for a surprise? My daughter is quite tender headed, but Danisha’s patience and conversation kept my daughter entertained. After com...pleting her hair, my daughter stated in awe she looked like the girls on tv in! The best part of this experience wasn’t the silk press, but after the first wash. I was able to comb through my little one’s hair with ease. Let me just say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. When she shampooed my hair, it was the absolute best. The massage to my scalp almost put me to sleep. If I didn’t get anything else, the wash was worth it. She took time wit...h my hair and explained what she was doing. I enjoyed the service and I have already scheduled more appointments.

I went in for a consultation before making any appointments to make sure she was what I was looking for. She was running late with another client and she contacted me to let me know. When we finally met, her space was clean and orderly. I felt comf...ortable for the moment she spoke. She asked a lot of questions about what I wanted to achieve with my hair. She gave me recommendations on things to do to help with my hair as well as explain what she can do for me. I have found my stylist and she’s 6 mins from me. I already made 2 appointments. I can’t wait to see how we grow together on my hair journey! Whoot, whoot!!!!!
