🚨🚨LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY🚨🚨
Hair must be freshly washed and blown out(if you can not properly do it yourself, please just add service at the time of booking). Please no oils or products before appt. I understand things happen, so you have a Max of 5 minutes after your appointment time to contact me via call or text to advise that you are on your way. Regardless you have a Max of 20 minutes to arrive to your appointment or it will be cancelled and a new deposit will need to be paid. Additionally if you do a no-call no-show I will require your full balance up front in the future in order to secure an appointment. (You will not be able to book via Booksy) there are No Exceptions. Late fees may apply of $10. After 20 minutes of not showing up, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be withheld. You must be sitting in my chair no later than 10 minutes after your schedule appointment. Anything after that you will be charged a late fee. To help properly prepare for your appt, please book every service your getting while booking appt. May not be able to add last minute .
