      Dear valued guests, We wanted to inform you of our updated cancellation policy, which will now include a $25 rebooking fee for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This fee will need to be paid before you can book a new appointment. Additionally, if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, the same fee will be applied. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that prevent you from making it to your appointment. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be very disruptive to my business and can prevent other customers from booking an available time slot. To help alleviate this issue and ensure that all of our customers have the opportunity to receive the services they need, I have implemented this rebooking fee. If you must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, please be aware that you will need to pay this fee before you can book a new appointment. I’ve been terrified of going to a salon with my hair because of it’s texture and not being sure I would find the right stylist to handle my hair with ...care/not damage it. Our consultation went amazing! Brandy is so knowledgeable and helpful especially with my curly hair! She is also very honest about what will work and won’t work/damage your hair which I love! I learned so much just in our consultation and we came up with a game plan that allows me to do what I want with my hair while also not damaging it. Brandy is very detailed as well when it comes to picking out the right color! We talked about different shades and how vibrant or dark I should go depending on how I wear my hair and how the color would look. I’m super excited for my upcoming appointment and can’t wait to see the results. Show more
