She was a no call no show appt was for 3 pm didn't her from until 7 with some bs 🙄 and i explain to her this appointment was for my daughter she had ...school on Monday but she didn't care it was easier for her to say ill just send the money back after she truly inconvenience me we had this appointment set up for days so now i have to figure out what to do with my daughter hair smh this could have had a better outcome she could have made it right and done my daughter hair before Monday to do the right thing but she chose not to so unprofessional let me add she did offer to reschedule but she offered to reschedule on Monday that wont help me my daughter has school on Monday and she put a comment on on when she did my hair so let me add for my appointment she didn't even start on time a hour behind so it was a hiccup but she explained she was super busy so ok i tried again with my daughter hair snd we see how that turn out so like i said unprofessional i can upload the conversation as well Show more
