I ended up getting two pig tails braided down and I love it. The salon was very welcoming and everyone was super kind. It’s been almost a week and my ...hair has held up. The gel that was used did start clumping after 4 days but I fixed it with just regular gel and it looks brand new. Totally in love with my hair and will absolutely will be coming back. Show more
Women's Cut

I called the salon the morning of and the lady who answered the phone directed me to choose the women’s cut , even though I explained that I didn’t ne...ed a “ hair cut “ but a barber hair cut . I arrive at the front desk and the employee informs me that she can’t do the cut and I explained I called this morning to avoid confusion . She directs me to another employee and I say to both of them “ My part is crooked I need a new line up and showed a picture of what I wanted after my new line was created . The barber starts cutting all the hair off , and immediately stopped because that wasn’t what I asked for and I told them multiple times what I wanted and they said “okay I can do that “ . The language barrier is not the problem because the front desk employee was translating for him . Now my hair is still crooked and now have to wait for my hair to grow out AGAIN in order to get the right cut and style . This whole experience was DISAPPOINTING, if you guys didn’t understand y’all should have asked for further instructions because I was more then patience with the whole process . Really ruined my whole day, no apologies from either of the employees. Show more
