This gentleman came in for the first time, and when I saw his hair, I told him that due to its length and the number of strands, the perm would cost more. He was more than satisfied, but when I told him the total, he disagreed. I told him before starting that it would cost more. I cut his hair twice before and after the process. It took me four hours to work on his hair because of the number of strands. It was like doing three people at the same time.
