You booked for loc thinning maintenance which I did for you.. but also wanted a retwist after as well and you didn’t choose that when booking your appointment and i told you I was booked up back to back you would need to come back so I could not do that service for you at the time. Tried to cancel a couple hours before the appointment due to a hangover after i drove 2.5 hours. Then was 20 minutes late after I told her I was there... since I was driving and didn’t see the message. Still charged me the full price! 300$ for a little less than one hour of locs. I feel extremely overcharged. She was quick with it and kind. But extremely unprofessional! I feel ripped off. Show more

Charged a reservation fee when I booked. Patrice ‘accidently’ closed my appointment the night before the appointment and then texted me to apologize. ...I didn’t trip and just confirmed that the appointment was still good for the next morning. She confirmed that we were all set. Got there a few minutes late but texted her ahead of time. Was well within the appointment window and I only needed two braids on the top of my head. 15 minute job since my hair was already washed, and straight. Patrice ghosted me. Missed calls, texts, VMs. She didn’t pick up or return anything. I had to desperately call most of Sacramento stylist and braiders cause I was running late getting ready for a baby shower. Booksy kept the money and now my appointment reads as completed even tho she ghosted me. Poor professionalism. Still gotta dispute this when my bank opens back up after the holiday. Do better please.
