Charged a reservation fee when I booked. Patrice ‘accidently’ closed my appointment the night before the appointment and then texted me to apologize. ...I didn’t trip and just confirmed that the appointment was still good for the next morning. She confirmed that we were all set. Got there a few minutes late but texted her ahead of time. Was well within the appointment window and I only needed two braids on the top of my head. 15 minute job since my hair was already washed, and straight. Patrice ghosted me. Missed calls, texts, VMs. She didn’t pick up or return anything. I had to desperately call most of Sacramento stylist and braiders cause I was running late getting ready for a baby shower. Booksy kept the money and now my appointment reads as completed even tho she ghosted me. Poor professionalism. Still gotta dispute this when my bank opens back up after the holiday. Do better please. I had an appointment for braids @ 930 drove 45 minutes to the appointment. Texted her to let her know I’ve arrived since it is an apartment building a...nd she doesn’t list the apartment number. Never got a response. Decided to leave after waiting 20 minutes. It says on her page she charges for people who are late but I wonder what customers who show up but the stylist doesn’t . Show more
