No communication. Called twice and left a message on social media. No clear address based on what the app says to the actual location. Booked yesterda...y on the app and it was confirmed. If the intent was not to be up early, the best suggestion is to put have the confirmation come by you accepting and not the app or changing the times of your appointments. Wasting individuals time is not a good way to achieve a bag and get your name out there especially those of booking you for the first time. Show more

No communication skills. Waited outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes. She started someone around my appointment time and you don’t get replies for hours.... She confirmed my appointment too. Don’t waste your time here. It made me re-schedule my barber’s cut which is frustrating for him Show more

I typed the address in manually that was listed. I went there and was knocking at these random people’s door cuz it was not her’s apparently. I called... her to try and understand where I was supposed to go, she didn’t answer. I went back to Booksy to check the location and I indeed typed it in correctly. I then clicked the location arrow and that pulled up a whole different location. I texted her and called her to ask about this. No answer. I went to the other location anyway. It didn’t have a house number attached, just a pinned location. I’m calling I’m texting trynna figure out which property is specifically hers. Nothing. She wasted tf outta my morning. I have an event tomorrow that I needed my hair done for. Why let me book if you not in service??? Or simply communicate that something came up damn….. Show more
