This is a hidden gem, I came to fix a broken nail and the customer service was great. Both the owners were there and they were very nice and engaging.... These are very talented young ladies so I recommend you checking them out oh and they have mimosas 👌 Show more
The owner is great and is the one who answers the main phone#. .However, I'm not sure if Keisha or Kisha is still employed there, but she is One parti...cular hair stylist who does presses or flat ironed my hair. On my first visit, she failed to tell me that she only accepts payments via cash (I had planned to use my debit card). She casually apologized as if no big deal. I had to go the bank after my hair was done to get cash money to Pau her. On my 3rd and last appointment I honestly forgot that cash was needed one morning and text her to tell her I was running about 10 to 15 minutes behind. I text her ahead of time . Told her I'd need to run by the 🏧 atm to get the cash to pay. She told me it would be a 15 late fee. Needless to say, I canceled. This was not expressed up-front either. I feel if she could inconvenience me on my first visit , she could have had understanding and advised of the late fee as a future fyi. I was already inconvenienced going to get cash and hadn't planned on taking out an extra 15 for her lousy professionalism. Otherwise as far as her service, her attitude was decent and she did a nice styling job. Show more

My experience here was amazing! The owner was a wonderful talk and did nothing but care for my needs . I would highly recommend !
If I could give less, I would. I booked a massage in advance and when I get there, I was told that “her secretary” tried to reach out to me to resched...ule. No message and I drove all the way there for this massage. I would NOT recommend booking a massage here...ever...unless you want to be stood up. Show more
