Wash & Blowout Deep Trim Closure Sew-in

I got a wash & blow dry, sew in with closure/frontal. 3 bundles. She was very aggressive with my natural hair. Used a rat tail comb on dry. she cut m...y natural hair when I asked for a deep trim she cut more than needed like in actual cut my hair was passed my shoulders bra bra length and she cut it damn near to my chin and she cut the weave I provided dead center wear the part is like chopped it. I will never go back to this lady again. - the proof is in the photos love. I provided you with a closure that was over bleached and with two tiny holes no bigger than a rain drop and both were sewed. One had just unraveled that day. I only used that closure twice. That still does not justify the big chop in the center because it did not have any cuts or was given to you like that. You didn’t even tell me you did that. It doesn’t justify you cutting my natural hair so short, or the way this see in perimeter looks (front & back) I can’t even put my hair in a ponytail my hair looks old already. This is barely going to last me 3 weeks. 1. You really didn’t know what you were doing or 2. You did this shit intentionally and I’m going to go with 2 since you said you’ve been doing this for 20+ years. I paid $325+ Tip I don’t want anything from you unless it’s a full refund for the shitty service and this terrible sew in. Hello Amber, I tried reaching out to you once I returned back from my trip but no answer. I never did expected this to happen. I did nothing to you to receive this take of service for you to do this to my hair. My whole trip I had to cover my hair or do something to it so others wouldn’t notice. My hair was bra length. I had enough hair to be able to put my hair natural hair in its natural state into a large bun an still have some to wrap around the base and you cut my hair and uneven at that to the point it can’t even go into a bun. I am really disheartened. I would like my full refund plus the tip I gave you. Show more

Hello, I discussed with you the matter with your closure. I told you that the closure was over bleached and over plucked . The closure was very thin . I’ve never had a problem with any sew in that I ever did . The stylist next to me can vouch gor that . I told you that if you got another closure I can let my fellow stylist blesch it and we can switch it out . My sew ins usually last up to 3 months. You can go through all my reviews. I called you to discuss the matter, you said you would get back to me . I don’t do bad nor shady business. If you want it fixed we can do that . I can enen refer you to another stylist. I put God first in anything I do. I explain every service to every client. Aggressive, the closure was very thin I had to get it to lay . I’m sorry if you feel though your service wasn’t good . I will surly love to talk to you in person. Have a beautiful blessed day . I don’t just take any client money . God knows I’m not that type of stylist.
