While visiting Orlando from South Florida for a wedding, I needed a stylist who specializes in extensions and found you! It was truly a blessing to fi...nd someone so professional, knowledgeable, and patient in an area I was unfamiliar with. To make things more complicated, I also have limited experience with hair extensions, but you took the time to answer all my questions and provided honest advice based on what I was looking for, which made the process so much easier. In addition to doing my hair, you graciously accommodated my daughter for her very first salon experience after another stylist canceled last minute. Until then, she had only ever had her hair done by me at home, yet you and your team made her feel completely at ease, thanks to the gentle and thoughtful approach you and your staff provided. You were also incredibly mindful of our tight schedule. With a wedding to attend immediately after (where my daughter was the flower girl), you were efficient without compromising the quality of your service, ensuring we were finished on time. Your professionalism and attention to our timeline did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. The kindness and support from your entire team made the experience even more notable. At one point, one of your stylists even offered to lend me a dress when they realized I didn’t have my outfit with me - a gesture that spoke volumes about the welcoming and supportive environment you have created at this salon!
