My experience with Alan was not good. I have seen him take his time with clients and have observed his skills. I finally was able to make an appointme...nt with him and I’m sorry I did! I booked a hair cut and a beard trim. I have had other gentlemen at the underground that took an hour and most of the time longer with what I expected. Alan took tops 35 minutes. I felt rushed with no personal skills as I was in his chair. Cut my hair way too short after I mentioned the amount he is cutting is limited to my liking and ended up not even liking the cut. My beard was crooked and the fade horrible. I will never return to his chair again however I will still visit the other great barbers at the underground. Perhaps Alan had an off day which is reasonable however I feel working with clients you must always take your time and make them feel comfortable.
