Smooth experience for my first visit, and my hair turned out nice! It was quicker than I expected but it didn't seem rushed. Clean, quiet setting. Too...k a few minutes to figure out parking. I didn't get offered any wine as part of the VIP package, and I didn't want to ask, but that was my only real disappointment. So I probably wouldn't book that package again but the silk press and trim were great so I'd return and recommend :) Show more

Do not give her access to your card, this women charged me a %25 tip without my consent . My hair was half dried and she was 30 minutes late without c...hecking up on me to apologize for the inconvenience. She also tried to upsell me for 3 hair bundles ( saga) cheap human hair for install almost $400 for 18inch ladies she is deceitful. Do not go here !! Once I told her no I didn’t want that just a take down and a wash . She chose not to talk to me the entire appointment. Show more
